Confirmed Service Customer
Came in for a window issue, oil change, and a tire pressure sensor and left requiring me to purchase a new tire and 2 additional tire sensors. The truck was not driven all week due to the window issue except to deliver it for the service, I didn't hit anything on my 3-mile journey to the dealership but somehow there was damage to the tire bead, which was not repairable, and still no word on the warranty status on my tire that exploded on the interstate back in May.
