I still don't have an owner's manual for my vehicle and no one has addressed the disposition of the $100.00 reservation I placed on the vehicle over a year ago. In addition, it would have been nice to know that I'd be looking at over $1,100.00 to install a 200v receptacle to charge the Blazer (in addition to the $500.00 Chevrolet reportedly will reimburse me for) in my garage. Dirk and Tyler (and the finance manager) were very pleasant and reasonably responsive to my inquiries prior to the sale. The response hasn't been as timely since I took delivery.
