The sales rep was very easy going and not pushy. Answered all of our questions and looked at every car with us that we asked about. She's been working in car sales for over 10 years and never worked in a dealership with a popcorn maker...for the love of God get her a popcorn maker! Also, the finance department was very flexible and made sure we walked away with the payment we wanted and the coverage desired. One last thing, get rid of the policy requiring insurance right away, an unnecessary hassle.
